Allen Jones

The work of Allen Jones is probably best recognized in the sculptural elements of the film A Clockwork Orange by Stanley Kubrick. Known for his sexually charged images of the female form he created many of the iconic elements of the film. In the title Allen Jones: Prints, there is an extensive catalog of his work in printmaking. The use of the female form is consistent in his two-dimensional work as well as his sculptural pieces. I have cataloged 18 images in the Digital Image Database for SCAD’s Visual Resources Center. These are available to the SCAD community with your MySCAD log-in.
